It might be still be used by a resource. so i sign her out, login my admin acc, went to her user folder download and tried to delete but it just says the content cannot be found so it cannot be deleted. she deleted it and say the progress was done but the folder remains visible and she restarted her laptop several times. it's local drive a folder she created inside download folder. and it didn't say no permission to delete, it says content doesn't exist anymore. Checked, it's ticked every thing but full control which is normal.
